I think that the organizational members belonging to the top management of a particular organization is mostly responsible and must show responsibility towards fulfilling all the responsibilities and duties pertaining to the development of a particular company’s goals and objectives. It is important to understand that there must be a sense of being dutiful so that dutifulness and responsiveness in collective responsibility can be sensed and observed within the members of the top management of a company for the development of concrete as well as effective organizational goals and objectives.
